Render effect parameters for IBlurEffect.

The following low-level render effect parameter slots are always defined:

The texture to blur.

The input texture for the shadow blur pass.

Defaults to null.

The offset vector.

Texture coordinate offset for one pixel along the blur pass axis.

Defaults to Vec2F.Zero.
