Base interface for classes that provide a setting for custom error metric scale factors.

value : Vec4F

The custom scale factors:
Vec4F.X: Semantic.ErrorPosition
Vec4F.Y: Semantic.ErrorNormal
Vec4F.Z: Semantic.ErrorTexture
Vec4F.W: Semantic.ErrorMaterial

Custom scale factors for precomputed error metric values.

The error scale values can be used to fine-tune mesh detail.

Defaults to (1,1,1,1).
