Render effect parameters for IProcessEffect.
The following low-level render effect parameter slots are always defined:

'g_input' RenderEffectParameterType.Texture2D [2], mapped to InputA and InputB.

'g_offset', RenderEffectParameterType.Vector2, mapped to Offset.
