parameter ⁱⁿ : CoordinateOperationParameter: The parameter.
unit ^opt : UnitOfMeasure = null: The unit to return or null to use the default unit for the parameter type. Defaults to null.
returns → float64: The parameter value.

Returns the value of the given parameter.

GeorefException: If parameter ⁱⁿ is invalid.

returns → bool: true if the parameter has a value, false if it has not been specified.
