A converter between geo path sample types.

A geo path converter converts between geo path sample types. Initially, a geo path converter uses GeodeticDatum.WGS84 and does not have any information about about the geoid / DEM. The Transform methods must be used to provide this information (see Geocentric.Vertical¹).
