Shared render effect parameters for terrain decal rendering.
The following low-level render effect parameter slots are always defined:

'g_decal' RenderEffectParameterType.Texture2D, mapped to Texture.

'g_decalClip', RenderEffectParameterType.Vector4, mapped to Clip.

'g_decalColor', RenderEffectParameterType.Vector4, mapped to Color.

'g_decalOffset', RenderEffectParameterType.Vector4, mapped to Offset.

'g_decalU', RenderEffectParameterType.Vector3, mapped to U.

'g_decalV', RenderEffectParameterType.Vector3, mapped to V.

'g_decalWarp', RenderEffectParameterType.Matrix3x3, mapped to Warp.
The following low-level render effect parameter slots are omitted if FlagNoTextureArray is present:
